What is included in each package?
Each service package is fully outlined on our Services page—from custom design mock-ups to comprehensive brand blueprints. All deliverables are crafted with clarity, precision, and intent. We do not offer one-size-fits-all solutions; every project is tailored to your team, your goals, and your vision.
How does apparel or merchandise shipping work?
We work with a trusted network of production and fulfillment partners to bring your custom designs to life. While our goal is smooth, timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to carrier issues or peak seasons. Should anything arise, we're here to make it right—not wrong.
Can I edit my design later?
All design packages include a single light revision window (e.g. typo fixes or layout adjustments). Full redesigns or brand overhauls are not included unless scoped at the start of your package. Please make sure all spelling and details are finalized before approval.
Do you offer discounts for bulk apparel orders?
In this space, to ask for a discount is to ask for a reduction in service—and we don’t compromise on service. Our pricing reflects both strategic and aesthetic value, with thoughtful design, direction, and delivery all built in. We don’t slice quality for scale. That said, if you're ordering multiple units, a fair, bundled rate has already been factored in. You’re not just buying apparel—you’re investing in presence, polish, and precision.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the customized nature of our services and apparel, all sales are final. Please ensure that all details are accurate prior to submission. If any issues arise, contact us immediately—we're here to make things right, not wrong.
What if I need commercial rights?
All packages include commercial rights for approved assets within the agreed scope. You may use your designs across print, digital, and promotional formats. Redistribution, resale, or repurposing of your assets beyond the defined usage is strictly prohibited.

Do you guarantee results from consulting?
Every brand is different. Our strategy packages provide tailored insights and creative solutions built on years of industry experience. While we aim to offer clarity and direction, results ultimately depend on implementation, team dynamics, and market factors. As with all consulting services, specific outcomes are not guaranteed.
What if I need something custom?
We love collaborating with visionary clients. If you need something not listed, reach out via our Consulting page to submit an inquiry. We review every submission for fit, and custom proposals are available for approved projects only.
When can I expect to receive my materials?
Depending on the package selected, expect your mockups or assets within 48–72 hours for essentials, or 5–7 business days for blueprint-level work. You’ll receive a private ordering link or downloadable files once approved and ready.
